My rooted Nook is definitely a contender against Amazon's Kindle fire. The Amazon Kindle fire does have my Nook beat with the Amazon Prime subscription which features free best seller book lending, free 2 day shipping upgrade, and access to its video library content.I will keep my eyes open on how much lower the Tablet Wars will go. I am specially looking forward to Black Friday. And I agree with Rick Broida from Cnet The Cheapstake Apple Ipad is due for a price cut.
